COVID-19 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CLIENTS
Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) around the world. As the impact of this situation grows in the communities where we do business, we would like to update you on the steps that we’re taking to keep our Associates and Clients safe.
At Bostedo Appraisal Services, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our Clients and our family of Associates. As part of our State’s essential workforce, we promise to stay open to serve your appraisal needs during these trying times.
During this time of peril, we want to share how we address the current situation. We have been proactively implementing a number of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and safely get through this peril.
WE ARE STILL OPEN TO SERVE YOU!
For our clients and associates, our appraisal services are still operational despite the situation. Our appraisers will remain active in responding to your appraisal needs while strictly and carefully following safety guidelines updated by the local and national health authorities.
To keep our Clients and staff of Associates safe, we have closed our physical offices during this Pandemic and we have transitioned our Associates to offsite locations throughout the region waiting to serve your appraisal needs in various ways.
We here at Bostedo Appraisal Services have developed contact free ‘Curbside’ appraisals if so desired. This type of report eliminates any direct or indirect contact between the appraiser and the occupant. For more information on our service please call 412.831.1500.
Our associates are putting a great deal of emphasis on the procedures that support our high standards in the areas of cleanliness and health. Some of the most important areas of focus are:
- Heavily increased use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and hand sanitizers.
- Our appraisers arrive with gloves and mask during interior and exterior inspections of your property.
- Frequent sanitizing of all hard surfaces including our vehicles & inspection equipment.
- Immediate home quarantine for Associates showing any symptoms of being ill.
Every day, we hold ourselves to very high cleanliness and health standards that are designed to maintain a safe and healthy environment with regard to our appraisal inspections. In addition, we remain vigilant in learning more about this disease by monitoring developments closely and keeping informed of additional recommendations from public health agencies. We are ready to initiate further measures that will make a positive difference, as they become known.
